Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bricklab website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you individually and that organisation.
Accounts
Some features of the Service require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your account credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not, for example, attempt to interfere with the Service, attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide, scrape or reproduce content without permission, upload malicious code, or use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including software, text, images, video, and trademarks, is owned by Bricklab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights to content you submit to Bricklab, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features of the Service are offered on the terms presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, taxes may apply, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may change pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those services, and your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricklab and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, if the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
